At the feet of Mt Erice, the Ottoventi winery marks the landscape with an architecture that emerges distinctly. The complex calls to mind the local agricultural settlements, characterised by a compact “baglio a corte” (walled courtyard), typical of the ancient Sicilian tradition.
We want to offer our guests refined and eclectic surroundings during wine tasting events. Both our open and enclosed spaces are perfect for hosting prestigious events. In the pavilion two silver-coloured silos used during wine manufacturing are on display. The barrique cellar becomes a visually intense space, thanks to its burgundy-coloured flooring and the sensorial saturation it creates.

The tasting room is dignified in its refinement. Its tone and furnishings are characterised by contrast: the walls form a dark background in contrast with the pale geometric patterns, the shiny floors are framed by a string of pebbles that rides along half of the room’s perimeter.
The "Ottoventi" architecture becomes a synthesis of composite elements - a transforming landscape, a high quality wine production and a contemporary vision.
